Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to participate in our pageant events. We dedicate extensive efforts into planning and organizing each event to provide a memorable and fair experience for all contestants. Understanding the nature of our events is crucial, and we appreciate your commitment when you decide to join us. Please review our refund policy below:
No Refunds
All registrations for our pageant events are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellation due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with event outcomes.
Non-Transferable
Registration fees cannot be transferred to another contestant or to future events. Each registration is unique to the participant and the specific event for which it was made.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a pageant, we will endeavor to provide participants with the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or an alternative event. However, no refunds will be given.
Acknowledgment of Risk
By registering for our pageants, participants acknowledge and accept that certain risks are inherent to participation and that they assume full responsibility for personal injury to themselves and their personal belongings. JGD Production House is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event.
Advice for Contestants
We strongly advise all contestants to consider their personal and professional commitments before registering, as all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that you are certain of your availability and commitment to participate before submitting your registration and fee.
